Clarification Text on Protection of Personal Data | Ameno Technology

Protection of personal datais a priority issue for Ameno Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("Company"). Our Company is committed to protecting the personal data of all individuals who benefit from the products and services we offer, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVK Law"), and processes, stores and protects it in accordance with the relevant legislation.

This text has been prepared to explain the purposes for which personal data is collected, how it is processed, with whom it is shared and your rights.

A) Data Controller and Representative

In accordance with the KVK Law, your personal data is processed by AMENO TEKSTİL SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, which is the data controller.

B) Purposes of Processing and Transferring Personal Data

Our Company processes the data it collects only in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law. In this context, we fulfill legal obligations, improve service quality and provide you with better service.

When necessary, we transfer your data to authorized public institutions or private persons in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law.

If there is no statutory processing requirement, we will obtain your explicit consent before we start processing your data.

C) Method and Legal Grounds for Collection of Personal Data

We collect your data through the website, mobile application, call center and physical means. In these processes

  • We act for purposes such as providing and improving our Services.

We conduct all transactions in accordance with the relevant legislation, contracts and principles of honesty. At the same time, we pursue our legitimate interests without harming your personal rights.

D) Rights of the Personal Data Subject

Within the scope of the KVK Law, you can exercise the following rights by contacting us:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • If processed, do not request information about it,
  • Questioning whether the data is used for its intended purpose,
  • Learn about the third parties to whom the data is transferred,
  • Request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
  • Request deletion or destruction of data,
  • Do not object if the analysis by automated systems has gone against you,
  • Request compensation for the damage you have suffered as a result of unlawful data processing.

Application Methods

In order to exercise your rights, you can fill in the application form together with documents confirming your identity and send it to us by one of the following methods:

We will respond to your applications within 30 days at the latest. However, if the application requires an additional cost, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
